Gonzales-Gonzalez Bravo Richard L. and Sharon L. gonzales of Topeka announce the engagement of their daughter Jill Elaine, to Jose Miguel Gonzales Bravo, son of Jose Antonio and Agneta Gonzalez-Bravo of Falkoping Sweden. The bride-to-be is a graduate of Shawnee Heights High School and Kansas State University with a bachelors of science in education. She is a 7th and 8th grade science teacher at Alcott Academy and is pursuing a master's degree in curriuclum and instruction at Wichita State University. The future groom is graduate of Rudbecksskolan schools in Tidalhom, Sweden, where he studied telecommunication. He is a student majoring in biology at Washburn University, where he also is employed as a laboratory assistant. The couple met after Jill's graduation from KSU, when she served two years in the Peace Corps as a science teacher on the island of Dominica in the eastern Caribbean Sea. Miguel was manager and SCUBA instructor of the Anchorage Hotel and Dive Center on the island. Their wedding date is July 17, 1999. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
